MOTOCROSS: TONY CAIROLI UNSURPASSABLE EVEN IN FRANCE!
Another great victory scored for Sidi
Maser (Treviso), 10 June, 2013 – In France everybody was really looking forward to the motocross World Series, which returned to action after a two week pause with the GP in Erneé. As expected, the fantastic Antonio Cairoli (Ktm) rose to the occasion. It turned out to be a heated duel, with the champion from the Sidi stables pitted against France’s hometown idol Gautier Paulin.
Paulin initially held the lead over Cairoli, winning race1 and leaving Tony in second place. But in race2 there was nothing anyone could do and Cairoli once again put all his adversaries in line, dominating the heat and the final classification of the Grand Prix. As always, Tony made it to the top of the podium wearing his Sidi Crossfire2 boots, the number one footwear for off road riding. With this success Cairoli has garnered even more valuable points, which launch him closer and closer to his seventh championship title. Now Cairoli leads the classification with 377 points, followed by none other than Paulin, who is in second place with 321 points. Next weekend the 2013 World Series circus will return to Italy for the ninth race of the season in Maggiora.
Rounding out this splendid weekend for the Sidi colours was Switzerland’s Jeremy Seewer (Suzuki), who was also wearing Sidi Crossfire2 when he captured second place in the EMX 250 European Championship that took place on the same track in France.
Attached are photos of Tony Cairoli and Jeremy Seewer in action and on the podium with their Sidi Crossfire2 boots.
